You can make your reservation by phone.
Guests must present their passport or ID card when entering the hotel.
Do you want to check in before 13:00? Please inform us of your early check-in request when you arrive at the reception or at the reservation stage. We will do our best to find you a ready room. There is no guarantee of a room being available for early check-in. This availability is subject to room availability and housekeeping's cleaning schedule. If you want guaranteed early entry, please confirm your request. To guarantee early check-in, rooms are not sold the night before. Therefore, a nightly fee will be added to your account for guaranteed early check-in.
If your schedule changes and you need to leave early, please inform the reception by 12:00 on the day of your departure. If you leave early, 50% of the remaining days' total fee will be added to your account. If information is given after 12:00 for early departure, the full fee will be added to your account.
Check-out time from our hotel is 12:00. Your late check-out will be subject to an additional fee as it will disrupt the entry of people who will use the room after you. You can get information from our reception or reservation office.
Some rooms can accommodate a folding bed for an additional fee.
Both of our connecting rooms for families have a double bed. There are also 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs and a make-up table.
Children aged 4-12 years old receive a 50% discount on the cost of an extra bed when their families stay in the same room. A baby bed is provided free of charge for children aged 0-3. Please confirm your request at the reservation stage. Requests for extra beds and baby beds are subject to availability. You can be assured that we will do our best to help.
It is not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside to the hotel.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the price and date of your reservation.
We may put your request on a waiting list for a date when our hotel is full, and if space becomes available, we will give your request priority. Contact our reservation office.
We are always happy to see children with their parents in our hotel. Each room must have at least one guest aged 18 or over. Those under the age of 18 can stay accompanied by their parents. Please remember to bring your IDs with you.
